Do Andrew Cuomo and Bill de Blasio really like each other?
Recently, the governor called their partnership one of the best in "modern political history." However this Wednesday, whenthe mayormade his annual appearance at the joint budget hearing on local governments, Cuomo scheduled a cabinet meeting that was open to the press. This forced many reporters to pick and choose which event to cover and when that happens the chief executive almost always wins.
