Governor Andrew Mark Cuomo accepted his party's nomination for the second time as he now officially is matched up against GOP Nominee Rob Astorino this November.

The governor touted his record of the last three and a half years including his passage of marriage equality, the NY Safe Act and a property tax cap.   He picked up on his new running mate Kathy Hochul's theme of particularly helping upstate New York.   Recently Rob Astorino criticized Cuomo's pledged "Buffalo Billlion" as "throwing around tax dollars."  Cuomo says he "couldn't disagree more."
