Congressman Paul Tonko (D-Amsterdam) and Republican challenger Joe Vitollo will debate live on WMHT-TV this coming November 1st at 8pm.
Tonko, a former state assemblyman, was first elected in 2008 replacing the retiring Mike McNulty. Vitollo is a nurse and veteran of the Air Force. This will be a rematch of the 2016 race, won by Tonko.
