After more than 10 years of dedicated work in covering the issues of New York State, our New York NOW host Matt Ryan is moving on from WMHT to another exciting new opportunity.
Matt’s remarkable contributions to state government reporting cannot be overstated and he will be missed.
Matt’s last day will be October 11.
New York NOW has an extensive history of public affairs journalism, with roots going back decades. Now, more than ever, WMHT recognizes the importance of this coverage and our commitment to our weekly program remains unchanged. The series provides critical information across the state through the participation of our partner public media stations and our local partner The Times Union. WMHT will build on the good work of Matt Ryan and looks forward to continued success.
