New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has been in the news a lot in 2012.  In June, the AG, Governor Cuomo and the legislature reached an agreement on the Internet System for Tracking Over-Prescribing Act (ISTOP), an online system designed to track controlled substances in real time.  Recently, the AG has targeted 'head shops' across the state for illegally selling designer synthetic drugs like bath salts.

We sat down for a one-on-one conversation with Attorney General Schneiderman where we talked about these issues as well as his opinion on the recent news that the governor’s administration has been editing his records as New York attorney general.

Also, our reporters convene at the roundtable to further discuss Gov. Cuomo's attorney general record editing and recent headlines including the proposed Tappan Zee bridge project and toll hike.
