For the second time in two weeks, a member of the Supreme Court held a public discussion in the Capital Region.
Last week, Sonia Sotomayor spoke to a sold-out crowd at the University at Albany. Tuesday in Troy, Chief Judge Roberts discussed a wide array of topics including how he assigns the court's opinions, how he fosters congeniality among his colleagues and his views on cameras in his courtroom.
