Around two hundred people stood outside the Capitol on a dreary, wet day to rail against recently proposed legislation that would end all non-medical exemptions for required vaccines for children attending schools in the state.

A number of speakers railed against the bills including parents who said their children were adversely affected by vaccines, clergy members, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr, whose own family has rejected his views on this subject matter.  The legislation is currently still in committee in both houses and has faced some opposition by members of the Democratic majority.

We'll have more coverage this weekend on the program.
