This week on 'New York NOW,' we look back at 2011, which was much less turbulent, politically-speaking, than other recent years. Gov. Andrew Cuomo was elected with a mandate and was able to push through all 'big ticket' items that he promised, such as an ethics deal, a property tax cap and same-sex marriage. Our expanded Reporters' Roundtable will discuss the highs and lows of the year.
