Governor Kathy Hochul is set to deliver her 2025 State of the State address in the Hart Theater at The Egg in Albany. Her priorities so far are focused on affordability. Before her address Tuesday she announced proposals to provide New Yorkers with inflation rebate checks, free meals for students, and construction and renovation of childcare facilities.
