Tonko on Hillary struggles: 'Election a long time from now'

Congress is in the middle of its five week summer recess and legislators are now back home in their districts. This gives us a chance to sit down with one of the few upstate Democrats, Paul Tonko.  

The veteran lawmaker who represents the Capital Region joins us to discuss President Obama's "Clean Power Plan," his vote on the Iran nuclear deal and 2016 politics, particularly involving Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton who has struggled in the polls this summer.
