New York NOW returns for our 10th year on PBS stations with a preview of the upcoming State of the State addresses by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
His decision to take the usual one-day speech and turn it into a six-stop tour across New York has caused a bit of an uproar in Albany. We'll review the week with Rick Karlin of the Times Union and Ashley Hupfl of City and State at the Reporters Roundtable.
Also, Politico New York's Bill Mahoney joins us in-studio to give us a history lesson on the last time the State of the State was drastically changed under former Governor Al Smith.
Join us this weekend on your local PBS station.
