In an interview with New York NOW, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says he "expects a plea" in the fraud charge brought against Assemblyman William Scarborough.
The Times Union reported exclusively today that the Queens lawmaker would plead guilty to the felony that accuses him of submitting $40,000 worth of bogus per diems over the course of four years. The TU says Scarborough is expected to resign form his assembly seat.
This weekend we'll have the complete interview with Schneiderman including his thoughts on the best way to handle ethics at the Capitol, as well as his political plans for 2018.
