This past weekend marked the annual conference for the New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican legislators. Karim Camara, an assemblyman from Brooklyn, is the chairman for the Black, Hispanic, Puerto Rican and Asian Caucus.  He sits down with our Karen DeWitt to talk about the group's priorities including the New York Dream Act. Also, Jessica Bakeman of Capital New York and Jim Odato of the Times Union discuss the latest news of the week, including the competing universal pre-k funding packages being offered by the governor and NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio.
