The 21st Congressional District was one of the most closely watched here in New York and in Washington. A traditionally Republican stronghold turned Democratic in 2009 when Bill Owens won a special election. This week, Thom Hallock of Mountain Lake PBS joined us to analyze this nail biter of a race.
