The 21st Congressional District was one of the most closely watched here in New York and in Washington.  A traditionally Republican stronghold turned Democratic in 2009 when Bill Owens won a special election.  Matt Doheny, a Republican from Watertown, tried unsuccessfully in 2010 and was hoping to win the rematch.  In the end, Owens won a tight 50-48% decision. This week, Thom Hallock of Mountain Lake PBS joined us to analyze this nail biter of a race.
