Cove Video Player - Flashback: Reagan Campaigns in the Southern Tier

In honor of Presidents week, we decided to dig deep into the archives (we sustained numerous cuts and bruises from those clunky 1" reels) to highlight a former commander-in-chief's visit to the Empire State.

Hard to believe nowadays, but back in 1984 a Republican presidential candidate actually campaigned in New York.  This week we highlight Ronald Reagan's visit to the Southern Tier, Endicott to be specific, as he looked to win reelection against Democrat Walter Mondale.  Watch the full story this weekend.

Also, Casey Seiler sits down with New Paltz Distinguished Professor of Political Science Gerald Benjamin to discuss the coming 2017 Constitutional Convention vote.
