With the Winter Olympics once again in the spotlight, we're reaching back in time to tell a little-known story about Lake Placid's Jack Shea.

The 1932 two-time Olympic gold medalist was still one of the top speed skaters in the world when the 1936 Games rolled around. However, the North Country native never went. Author Michael Burgess joined us recently to explain why.
