Superstorm Sandy wrought havoc on so many communities across the five boroughs and Long Island. One of the areas, Belle Harbor, was still without power over 2 weeks after the storm.   Famous beach towns like the Rockaways have debris and sand scattered blocks away from the shore.

Assemblyman Phil Goldfeder takes 'New York NOW' on a tour of the hard-hit 23rd District, where many people are continuing to rely on shelters for food, water and basic clothing.

At our Reporters Roundtable we discuss Gov. Cuomo's call for a Moreland Act investigation due to poor storm response by utility companies. Also, we discuss the battle for State Senate majority as well as the latest news from the Thruway Authority. Watch the full program above.
