Will New York end the tipped wage credit?

Late last year Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the Department of Labor would be holding a series of hearings across the state to look at the possibility of ending the tipped wage credit for service workers.  This would affect people like bartenders, food runners, and waiters/waitresses. 

This week's feature story looks at what that could mean for businesses across the state and why some think this "subminimum wage" can lead to unintended consequences like sexual harassment.
