New York NOW will be anchoring live coverage of Governor Andrew Cuomo's State of the State and Budget Address today at 2pm.
Matt Ryan will be in-studio as the governor reveals his legislative and fiscal outline for the upcoming year. This will be Cuomo's ninth time giving the address after convincingly winning a third term in November. The landscape has changed dramatically in Albany as Democrats rode the "Blue Wave" to a majority in the Senate giving the party control of both legislative chambers.
