Ahead of the impending Senate GOP vote to repeal and possibly replace the Affordable Care Act, aka "Obamacare," New York State's Medicaid Director is lashing out at lawmakers.
Jason Helgerson, who has been in the Cuomo administration since 2011, sat down with us this week to discuss the possible impact a repeal-and-replace could have on the Empire State. He calls the vote a "cop-out" for the GOP who have been unable so far to get enough votes to go ahead with a longheld promise to get ride of the ACA.
