March Madness comes to the Capitol!

March Madness isn't just for college basketball.

This year we've created a bracket challenge of our own!  64 legislators (including Governor Cuomo) will battle it out to see who has the best voice.  We're framing the question from our television production standpoint:  Who would you want doing a voiceover for you?  Maybe you're working on a documentary about law enforcement and are looking for a gravelly voice like WNY Senator Pat Gallivan?  Or perhaps, you want a more soothing voice like Senator Julia Salazar or Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh?  Or maybe a deeper-sounding voice that projects well like Assemblyman Walter Mosley or Assemblyman Michael Blake?

UPDATE: We have now moved on to the round of 32.  There were some huge upsets in the first round but none bigger than little-known Assemblyman Charles Fall soundly beating #1 seed Andrew Cuomo.  The other three #1 seeds - Assemblywoman Crystal Peoples-Stokes, Senator Rich Funke and Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins all easily advanced.

Most intriguing second round tilts?  We're looking at #5 seed Assemblyman Michael Blake versus #13 Senator Mike Gianaris and #10 Speaker Carl Heastie's matchup against his fellow conference member and #2 seed Walter Mosley.

Vote here and check back for results and we loom to crown the legislative champion in April!
