We sat down with Senator Jeff Klein, the new co-president of the state senate and Senator Ruben Diaz to hear their thoughts on the power-sharing between the Independent Democratic Conference and the GOP. Klein, who heads up the IDC, discusses how this new agreement will work and the fractured relationship with the Democratic conference. Diaz explains that he feels vindicated by this new arrangement.
