Chairman Cox rips Cuomo's regional approach to State of the State

Andrew Cuomo has had a shadow following him this week as he has made his six State of the State speeches.

GOP Chairman Ed Cox has made a point to speak to the media after each stop criticizing the governor for bypassing the legislature in what is usually a speech to lawmakers in Albany. Cuomo made the decision to instead go directly to regions to give his annual message.

Cox ripped the governor for increasing tensions with lawmakers by making this tour, saying Cuomo is more interested in 2020. Watch the clip above and stay tuned for analysis this weekend on your local PBS station.
