DEC Commissioner grilled; binding arbitration reform

On this past weekend's program we look back at the grilling DEC Commissioner Joe Martens took from lawmakers at his appearance before the joint budget hearing in Albany.  The controversial process of hydrofracking was what most lawmakers wanted to get information on. Our Marie Cusick of the Innovation Trail has reaction from both sides of the issue.

Also, Casey Seiler takes a look at a proposal in Governor Cuomo's Executive Budget that has unions representing police and fire fighters upset.

Finally, we look back at the national headlines made by Capital Region Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin when he compared Governor Cuomo legislative tactics to Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.  Joe Spector of Gannett News Service and Yancey Roy of Newsday  join us at the Reporters Roundtable.
