This week on New York NOW we'll bring you extensive coverage from two different upstate presidential campaign stops. Former New York Senator and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton held multiple rallies across the Empire State, including in Cohoes outside of Albany.

Meanwhile, fresh off his victory in the Wisconsin Primary, the suddenly-surging Ted Cruz stopped in the Schenectady County village of Scotia. Matt Ryan, Casey Seiler and Matt Hamilton of the Times Union analyze the trips at our Reporters Roundtable.

Also, Ron Deutsch of the Fiscal Policy Institute discusses the recently passed state budget with Karen DeWitt of New York State Public Radio.
