Problems with water infrastructure have plagued communities across the state this year, particularly in the Capital Region.
This week longtime State Assemblyman Jim Tedisco, who represents parts of Schenectady and Saratoga, discusses his plan to address the issue and also talks about his "Spirit of '76" bill introduced earlier this year which would empower rank and file members of each chamber.
