Since Governor Andrew Cuomo promised to help his fellow Democrats take controlof the senate next year, the minority leader is now in the spotlight.  Andrew Stewart-Cousins (Yonkers) said she has talked to the governor about his controversial turnabout following the Working Families Party endorsement this past weekend and is hopeful he can lend help to achieve that goal.

We sit down with the senator this weekend to talk about her conversation with Cuomo, the conference's goals if they do achieve the majority, and how this group of Democrats is different from the dysfunctional batch that led from 2009-2010. Watch the complete interview above.
