President Obama speaks at SUNY Binghamton

President Barack Obama concluded his two day trip upstate on Friday at the State University of New York at Binghamton. Like he did at the University of Buffalo and at a local high school in Syracuse, the conversation focused on making college affordable to students. The President mentioned that the average debt for a student after college is $26,000. Unlike the other two stops, Obama conducted a town hall meeting in Binghamton and took questions from select university students and faculty.

Watch our report above for extended questions and answers during the town hall and reaction from Congressmen Paul Tonko (D-Amsterdam) and Richard Hanna (R-Barneveld).
