Passed by the legislature in January, the NY Safe Act has caused a lot of controversy across the state. The stricter gun control measures have upset a lot of New Yorkers and there are currently multiple lawsuits in the courts to overturn it. Our Jimmy Vielkind defines the key sections of the bill and heads to a shooting range in Western New York to examine two similar-looking rifles.
