After criticism for the lack of discussion about Upstate New York in the lone gubernatorial primary debate between Andrew Cuomo and Cynthia Nixon, the latter has made a number of stops in the days since.

On Sunday, Nixon went to Schenectady before heading to Saratoga Springs and Kingston later in the day.  These trips come after campaigning in Rochester and Syracuse in the previous days.  Nixon gave an impassioned speech in front of a crowd around 100 supporters outside city hall.  You can part of the speech on our FB page.

In a gaggle with reporters afterward, we asked her what the chances are for an upstate debate in the final week and a half.

Primary Day is Thursday September 13.
