Week three of the trial of former Andrew Cuomo aide Joe Percoco, who is facing bribery charges, is in the books and the testimony coming from the prosecution's key witness, Todd Howe, was eye-opening.

Friday, Howe was arrested in his hotel room in New York City for violating his 2016 cooperation agreement with the federal government after he admitted that he tried to defraud his credit card company recently for a charge at the Waldorf Hotel in New York City. It is unclear how this will affect the ongoing corruption trial.  Proceedings are scheduled to resume on Monday.
