It's a battle that's been going on for nearly a decade in the North Country town of Tupper Lake.   A plan to create the Adirondack Club and Resort would build around 700 homes and townhouses, a marina and revamp the local ski center.  The Adirondack Park Agency approved the proposal after some tweaking in 2012 but a lawsuit put the plan on hold.  A few weeks ago the appellate division of the state supreme court dismissed the lawsuit and developers will now move ahead with making the plan a reality.

We get reaction from both sides of the story we talk with Peter Bauer of Protect the Adirondacks!, developer Tom Lawson and local officials from Franklin County. Watch the full episode above.
